1 - Specify Your Phone (08/LX/Slide/SK3). Be Specific About Your Request, I Will Not Change Anything After The Theme Is Done. If You Have A Sk 08 Specify Your Shell Color If You Want The Theme To Match Your Shell.
2 - Do Not Request Personal Picture Themes.
3 - Do Not Request A Theme That Was Requested In The Last 24 hours.
4 - Enter Your E-mail Address To Be Notified If Your Theme Is Posted.
5 - I'll Pick A Theme To Do Daily & The Remaining Requests For That Day Will Be Deleted, Submit Your Request Again After 24 Hours For The Next Pick.
PLEASE USE THE CBOX STRICTLY FOR THEME REQUESTS & RELATED COMMENTS, I WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS LEFT IN THE CBOX. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, LEAVE A COMMENT UNDER A RELATED POST.
